Shipping times

Once an order has been placed your items will be made fresh to order. They need setting time before posting so please allow 2-3 business days before items are posted. Please allow with shipping times to expect items after within 14 working days. Customised orders can take slightly longer so allow up to 3 weeks for items to arrive.

If you need your item urgently

Please contact us via text or phone call. We will respond to you as soon as we possibly can. We will try our best to ensure an item is delivered quicker to you , we do deal with these requests often as we are aware that sometimes we can all be a little bit lastminuit.com! 

Delivery provider

We use Royal Mail to deliver our items, they are all sent 1st class and normally arrive the next day after posting. 

Post and packaging

we off free postage on a lot of our cake toppers , some are chargeable at a flat rate cost of £4.50 . We do not charge for additional items. we package our items in bubble wrap to ensure they arrive with you safely. All items are wrapped onto a piece of flat cardboard, we have found over the years this is the best way to package items and keeps them safe in the post. When taking off the bubble wrap please be careful not to bend the cardboard as this will result in the cake topper being damaged. Some toppers are very fragile and we do advise to careful snip the bubble wrap with scissors.
