Delivery provider

We use Royal Mail to deliver our items, they are all sent 1st class and normally arrive the next day after posting. 

Post and packaging

we off free postage on a lot of our cake toppers , some are chargeable at a flat rate cost of £4.50 . We do not charge for additional items.                                    we package out items in bubble wrap to ensure they arrive with you safely. All items are wrapped onto a piece of flat cardboard, we have found over the years this is the best way to package items and keeps them safe in the post. When taking off the bubble wrap please be careful not to bend the cardboard as this will result in the cake topper being damaged. Some toppers are very fragile and we do advise to careful snip the bubble wrap with scissors. 

Shipping Prices/Times

we have a number of delivery options to suit which is best for you. 

Edible cake toppers - please all at least 3 days for these items to be dispatched as they are made to order. plus one day delivery.

Cake accessories - order before 1pm for same day despatch. These accessories come directly from a supplier. Please allow 3 weeks delivery. 

Orders are despatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All the below options are based on orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. If you order after 3pm or at the weekend, your order will be despatched on the next available working day.

United Kingdom

FREE Royal Mail 1st class delivery

• when you spend £12 or more

All other orders under £12

• (0 - 1.5kg) Royal Mail (24 hours): £4.50 Royal Mail (48 hours standard): £3.45

Large Orders (mostly when buying sugarpaste or bulk purchases - we dispatch these orders for next day 1st class Royal Mail delivery)

• Large orders of edible cake toppers - Please allow at least 3 days for these items to be dispatched

Saturday & Sunday 

• All orders will be dispatched on Monday (in the event of bank holidays, we will dispatch the next available working day)

International delivery
